Meross Smart WiFi Garage Door Opener

To check compatibility, first use pliers to short the wall button terminals. If the garage door opens or closes, it works directly with MSG100. Otherwise, proceed to the next step. If the previous step fails, your garage opener is from Chamberlain/LiftMaster/Craftsman. MSG100 will still work, but you'll need an extra accessory. Please provide the meross support team with the learn button color of your garage opener, and they will send you the proper accessory separately.

The existing wall button and remote control can still be used after installing the meross garage door opener. Key features include:

The installation process is straightforward:

1. Compatibility Check: The product is compatible with more than 1600 models and 200 brands. Check your garage model on the meross official website.
2. Set up the Device: Connect your phone to the device and ensure your smart device is covered by a strong 2.4GHz WiFi signal.
3. Mount the Sensor: Make sure the distance between the two sensors is less than 1 inch when the garage door is closed.
4. Mount Your Device: Install the wire from the sensor to the garage door opener, and we recommend placing the device on top of your existing garage door opener.

Even if your home network loses internet connection, you can still control the devices locally through the Meross app (Offline Control).

Please note that the product only supports a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If you have a mesh WiFi network with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, you may need to temporarily turn off the 5GHz network during setup to ensure a strong WiFi signal.
