The Claro smart accessory switch allows you to expand the use of your existing Diva smart dimmer (DVRF-6L-WH-R) or Claro smart switch (DVRF-5NS-WH sold separately) to create 3-way and multi-location applications. Add up to 10 additional accessory switches to control in a multi-location application. When paired with a Diva smart dimmer, tap the switch once for your favorite light level, and twice for full brightness. No neutral required, and the coordinating wallplate is sold separately.

This accessory switch is not for standalone use but rather to create wired 3-way or multi-location applications (with up to 10 accessory switches) with your existing Diva smart dimmer switch or Claro smart switch (DVRF-6L-WH-R and DVRF-5NS-WH-R, sold separately). It is for on/off use and not for standalone use.

The Claro smart accessory switch does not work with the original Caseta dimmer or switches (PD-6WCL and PD-5ANS/PD-6ANS). However, it seamlessly matches the style and feel of the Diva smart dimmer and Claro smart switch, providing a consistent look throughout the home.

To unlock smart control, you can add a smart hub (L-BDG2-WH, sold separately) to your Diva smart dimmer or Claro smart switch. This allows you to control your Caseta devices with your voice assistant or the free Lutron app, enabling you to control your lights directly, and create personalized scenes, schedules, and more.

With the Diva smart dimmer, the Claro smart accessory switch provides a smarter 3-way or multi-location control. Single tap the accessory switch for a preset slider light level, double tap for full on, and press and hold for a slow fade to off.

The Claro smart accessory switch works in homes of any age, as it does not require a neutral wire. It also does not count towards the device count limit on your Caseta smart hub, and is easy to install in less than 15 minutes.
